Our partnership with Microsoft dates back to 2006-07. The long-standing collaboration has helped us to become pioneers of CRM solutions.

Our partnership with RESCO began in 2015, when Metadata and RESCO found potential in collaboration during the Microsoft convergence 2015 conference in Barcelona, Spain.

We adopted RESCO to give our customers a handy mobile CRM solution. This helped us to mobilize Property-xRM by making it available across multiple devices and tablets, thereby adding a lot of value to our customers.

Mike Walters

Our collaboration with Mike Walters started in the 2000s owing to our shared belief that CRM goes beyond software. Our first project together was a CRM strategy consulting engagement for one of the largest financial institutions in the GCC region.

Mike is a CRM strategy consultant and founder of FitBiz360. He believes that CRM is all about value, justifying his adamant stand on calling Customer Relationship Management as Customer Value Management. He has over 25+ years of experience with CRM strategy consulting, working on projects around the world.  

Our objective is to help our clients with 7-star customer experiences to maximize customer lifetime value, as Mike likes to put it.

TIBCO (Scribe) online is a cloud-based integration service that helps businesses to efficiently connect Software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications and automate data workflows using an intuitive browser-based approach.  

We have used TIBCO since the early 2010s to enable seamless integrations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Property-xRM with third party applications.


We included KingswaySoft in our technology stack since 2018 with the objective of making integrations seamless across virtually any application.
