  • Familiarity with Solution Selling Methodology in a B2B model is a plus
  • Experience with IT sales is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Persistent, dedicated, and hardworking
  • Ability to develop relationships with C-level executives

Responsibilities

The Inside Sales Executive in Kochi will be responsible for:

  • Identify and generate leads through outbound cold calling, networking, social media, and follow-ups on inbound inquiries.
  • Conduct thorough research on accounts, pinpoint key stakeholders, and build interest in the solution.
  • Schedule and set up meetings with potential clients to explore opportunities.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and requirements, and aligning them with our offerings.
  • Maintain and grow a robust database of prospective clients.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and sales pitches to capture the interest of potential customers.
  • Develop and submit well-crafted proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Negotiate effectively and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with team members to share insights, strategies, and achieve collective success.
