Software Test Engineer

Skills Checklist:

Excellent communication skills(both written and verbal).
Excellent presentation skills.
Proven experience as a QA tester or similar role.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Experience in project management and QA methodology.
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.
Candidates with experience in testing on any CRM Application would be a plus.
Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
Working knowledge of test management software and SQL.
Experience in Selenium software testing tool would be a plus.

Responsibilities:

Work with multiple projects and efficiently handle the testing requirements from multiple projects.
Review and analyse system specifications.
Ability to handle a team of testers, train them and manage their time efficiently.
Meeting with system users to understand the scope of projects.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Writing and Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyse results.
Stress testing, Performance testing, Functional testing and Scalability testing.
Testing in different environments including web and mobile.
Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
Reviewing Documentation, Report bugs and errors to development teams.
Help troubleshoot issues, Problem Solving, providing objective feedback to software development project teams.
Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.
Trace test procedures with the help of test traceability matrix.
