Metadata receives Tecom Investments Pearl Award for Customer Service

Metadata Technologies announced that it has won the Tecom Investments Pearl Award in the category of Customer Service Company of the Year.

The Award recognizes Metadata for demonstrating high levels of customer satisfaction and stakeholder confidence.

To ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Metadata utilizes a variety of tools including frequent customer surveys; user training sessions, support review meetings and a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) based automated complaint/ticket tracking system.

Using the system, unattended tickets are automatically escalated to the management through the system and through emails. In addition, management dashboards provide insights into customer issues and customer satisfaction trends.

Metadata system also allowed all customer issues and solutions to be tracked and build a knowledge base for future use. This Knowledge Management System assists Metadata customer service team to resolve customer issues efficiently.
