Asteco signs deal with Metadata

By a staff reporter

DUBAI-based Asteco Property Management has signed up Metadata Technologies' Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution - a software solution that completely revamps customer-servicing efficiency. "We were looking for a fully functional, yet affordable and easy-to-use CRM solution. Metadata solution helps in quick deployment and thus a rapid return on investment," said Bobby Mathew, group financial controller at Asteco Head Offices.

Metadata Sales Force automation module automates the sales process completely from the first sales lead, to the close of the sale and continues until the follow-up stage. The customer service module helps the customer to post any request and get assured feedback. Potential customers surfing the company website get a sales rep assigned to them based on the type or category of their interest. This is done through a unique lead generation module, which captures customer information and assigns sales reps based on pre-defined business parameters.

"This solution makes the sales force visible and enhances operational control. With emphasis on increasing customer service, our customers also stand to benefit immensely from this system," said Paul Turner, general manager.
