Metadata Technologies, a
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution provider, today
announced that it has implemented a complex and highly integrated
CRM project for Emirates Neon. This CRM solution will automate the
sales force, manage media status and jobs, track proposals and
important customer information.
The project implemented by
Metadata Technologies using Soffront CRM aims to bring in best
practices across the sales and customer service team. This in turn
will allow the team at Emirates Neon to increase quality time with
customers.
Emirates Neon has offices based all over the UAE
and is a very dynamic sales organization in the field of signage and
outdoor media. With a large sales team covering different cities in
the U.A.E., a well-refined sales process is already in place. This
sales process is currently implemented using manual and
semi-automated systems.
“Business information that used to be
available from various sources is now available with one single
click. This enables our staff to serve customers better and
quicker”, says Rehan Merchant, Executive Director at Emirates Neon.
“We looked for an implementation partner who has the most experience
in local CRM implementation. Metadata offered a cost effective
solution with local CRM implementation experience”.
CRM
solutions are gaining momentum in the region with more and more
organizations seeking ways to implement profitable customer
retention and prospect conversion strategies. Madar Research
estimates that the CRM market in U.A.E alone is worth US$90 million
by 2008.
“Emirates Neon is a leader in signage and outdoor
media sector here in the UAE and we are proud to be their partner in
this CRM initiative”, says Rasheed Muhammed, Managing Director of
Metadata Technologies, a Dubai Internet City based company
specializing in CRM solutions. “We hope to help Emirates Neon
achieve their business objectives with Soffront CRM which offers
great adaptability and customization features”.
Starting with
a Sales Force Automation system, Emirates Neon aims to fully
automate sales reporting systems. This will also minimize the
workload on sales support staff. “We are expecting to accomplish two
hours of individual time savings per day with the CRM
implementation”, says Mr.
Merchant.
